Some of our products may be handcrafted, handmade, natural, or artisan-made. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, finish, size or pattern may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Most of our products are fulfilled from our overseas warehouse in China.
